Your train ride to Santa’s Village is coming soon and we are so excited to have you join us for our 3rd Annual Christmas at the Santa Margarita Ranch.
Important to know before you go:
You MUST have a train ticket to get entry onto the Ranch.
Only advance-purchased ticket holders will be allowed onsite. Please buy soon as many trains are already sold-out.
You will need to be at the ranch at least 20 minutes prior to your booked departure time.
Gates open at 4:00pm to allow for the 4:30pm ticket holders time to park and prepare for their train ride. Please do not come any earlier.
All ticket holders must check-in at the ticket booth to receive your onsite tickets for access to your train. Your digital ticket is used to get your train ticket.
Don’t miss your train. We will be working hard to keep our train trips on schedule, so please do not miss your train as many trains will be sold-out and we may not have any space on a later train.
Come hungry! There will be great food and beverages, including adult beverages, available for purchase onsite. No outside food or beverages allowed.
Sorry, no food or drinks will be allowed on the trains.
NO PETS allowed (other than service dogs).
Watch your children, we are a working ranch with the potential for encountering large operating equipment and wild animals.
Remain in designated areas only as there is limited lighting and other potential hazards outside of those areas.
Please drive slowly and only on designated roads.
We are a working ranch, ground surfaces may be uneven and/or difficult to navigate at times. Please use caution and wear sensible, closed-toe shoes.
Free parking is readily available and close to all the action. Please follow guides in, the train ride to the village is a loop, so you will end where you start your adventure. Please respect our neighbors and drive slowly when coming down the street to the Ranch entrance.
